By purchasing, accessing, or using the Saasify boilerplate ("Product"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. License and Usage

Upon purchasing the Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use and modify the codebase for your personal or commercial projects. However, you may not:

• Resell or distribute the boilerplate as-is or with minor modifications.
• Claim ownership of the original codebase.
• Use the Product for any illegal or unethical purposes.

3. No Warranty and Disclaimer

Saasify is provided as-is without any warranties, express or implied.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Saasify, its owner(s), or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Serbia, conducted in English.
